This website aims to provide information on the South African Department of Basic Education (DBE) Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) curriculum in an easy to navigate format. Primarily we are running this site for teachers who may need to access information on the subjects they teach. All curriculum content is presented in an accessible way, to save teachers time and provide them with the latest information on CAPS.

Teacher Support

We provide lesson plans, teaching plans and sample assessment to assist teachers and to save them time.

Digital Skills for Teaching

We are also very interested in digital skills, artificial intelligence and the new subject Coding and Robotics in South Africa. Exciting times!

Sustainable Schools

Sustainability is another of our interests and we provide information on how to incorporate sustainability into the CAPS curriculum.
